これだけをもって「外国でtwitterは相手の知らない情報を相手に知らせるために使われるが、日本では自分と相手が同じ情報を既に共有していることの確認に使われる」とまで言うのは言い過ぎだろうが、でもまあ傾向としてそういうところはあるかもしれん
